How do you know there are illegal activities going on? Any proof?

This is taken at the dead end of 43rd Ave S just a couple weeks ago. I have multiple photos of other vehicles over the months/year’s that park here. This has been a place for dumping trash (much of which our neighbors pick up), stolen vehicle drop offs, nudity in cars, teen smoking. These vehicles do not belong to the residents of our street. Many people walk this area including those with their dogs, school age children, women with young children. I agree that this dead end fence could come down the road a couple hundred feet to deter folks from doing their suspicious activities.
