All the landscape in this Circle and the one on Watermill Court is DEAD. The county needs to replace it with water tolerant plants. Clean Water Howard said this must be reported reported to the County Highway Department. It was reported TWICE to Howard Hghway Department but our calls have been ignored.

PLease keep this issue open until Howard County Public Works responds. The landscape within the circles has died. We need them replaced with drought tolerant plants. This relates to the County owned circles located on Watermill and Millstream that also have fire hydrants. The HOA has multched to keep own the weeds but we need assistance in replacing the landscape.

Still waiting for Howard County to do something! This propery belongs to Howard County. We pay very high taxes and this isure continues to be ignore. How big of a deal is it to add drought tolerant plants to these neglected Islands? The county continues to dump plenty of mony into the screwed up circle at Snowedn River and 108. These are less in the same area. Public Works are to lazy to get from their desks! Fat budget with old workes that need to be replaced.

I think that if some of the soil and old mulch is removed from the islands, then the grass can be planted, There are fire hydrants in the circles. If you add thosse hose bib connections. I promise water the grass with my own hose. The grass is a much smarter solution and I thank you for offering to get it planted. The multch currently washes away into the county storm drains with the heavy rains or recent years.

If the county can help with other plantings - our community s willing to pitch in with that cost.
