Description

The left bank Bar joint has been leaving piles of trash out all night, in rain (see picture). Also, the employees leave the overly filled trash bin OPEN and exposed (not pictured). With the rainy season here, this is causing trash juice and biohazard material to flow into the alley and create a foam like substance on the ground next to the residents homes and other commercial entities. It stinks like trash, and the blight is not great to look at. Can someone with the City (inspector, or wellness officer, mayor's office, whomever) inform the owners (Byram I think) that commercial trash cans need to be closed when not being used, and excess trash in any form should never be stacked up next to the trash can like that. This has become a daily habit due to lack of training and disregard for the area. If they need a bigger trash area, then please have the inspector require them to expand it and clean the area up. All the other restaurants in the area keep a tight ship, there is no reason they shouldn't too. Thank you.
