Inspected 5/17. Unfortunately, the condition described is not a defect; this curb and apron layout was built according to a design that is no longer utilized. The reported condition exists at every driveway in the neighborhood. This is not a maintenance issue as there's little to no damage to the curb, everything appears to have been built "as intended", and is all functioning "as intended" from a roadways standpoint. That said, I have forwarded this location for further review for a possible capital improvements project. Thank you for your report.
