PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just send an officer to tell these people to move.... PLEASE don't send it to abandoned vehicles..... PLEASE... nothing happens when you send it there. All you have to do is TELL them to move. Think how much easier that will be than having their garbage pile up and the resentment build up from the people who actually live and pay taxes here. They need a B permit to park there anyway, so do all the other ones at the end of the street. You could actually just tell them all to move, it would be simple. If you would just act like an authority.
