? The complaint? No guessing needed. Go check it out for yourself...look at the photo. This house is an eye sore. It appears to be just one of over a dozen abandoned houses in this area. The boards are no longer attached to the structure. There is garbage all over the yard...#CleanItUp

What is your deal? When using the app it DOES NOT require or ask you to describe the photo. Why would you need to describe a photo? What are you mad about? Obviously not the blight on the neighborhood! Geesh! You see the addresses. Make your own complaint the way you want.
