?!?”Street Wise”, your comment(s) are confusing. No guesswork is needed to figure out the complaint. You and the city are invited to come check it out. Abandoned houses used as dumping grounds and who knows what else are not wise in a neighborhood shared by an elementary school...or people who are alive...
