A lot of money was spent on this liriope planting at the intersections of East Howard & E trinity. it has received zero maintenance and the plants will be chocked out with weeds
It is a shame to see money wasted.

That isn't aesthetics, that's unkempt. Thanks for bringing this to CoD's attention.

Thank you for reporting this also! I reported last year and this year. Public Works in Downtown Decatur is not doing any weed control or removal...they also do not adequately handle sanitation pick ups...trash cans always overflowing throughout downtown.
