I would like documentation stating this issue was resolved, there's been no activity in this area, the issue has not been addressed nor even obsered, I'm a resident of Detroit, pay my taxes, as well as my bills, I do have rights. No bias. Correct me if I'm mistaken.

The City of Detroit DPW Street Maintenance have investigated and REFERRED this service request to Detroit Water and Sewerage. The reported collapsed alley would need to be repaired and of re investigated by Detroit Water and Sewerage. Our goal is to reduce inconveniences and promote safe travels within the City of Detroit.

This issue is located in the middle of the alley. The picture posted on April 25, 2019 shown above, is verification this issue has not only been resolved nor recatorized. Just ignored. I'm receiving nothing on paper or verbal and especially not physical efforts. the same repetitive response from the city, apologizing for any inconvience and want safe travels. This is so misleading, disappointing and unprofessional from the city of Detroit, I've been a productive citizen of the city and there seems to be no appreciation as a resident nor a consumer. I would like some resolution, and as I'm absolutely positive that one resident cannot be responsible for a whole alley. That's ludicrous and completely inappropriate for the city of Detroit to try to convince me that I'm responsible for the improper structure and support of the stability in my alley.

This issue has been ongoing since September 9/2018. I received a email regarding this issue @ 5:30am on May 7/2019 advising me this issue is outstanding for 31 days, advising me to repair and close the case, stated it's a private matter. The post was verification that DWSD had no intention of ever investigating or examining the alley or sewer, this location has not been reviewed in the 9 mths. the claim was archived and ignored with no intention of an explaination or  compensation. The claim was  submitted before 45 day expiration date. The claim was filled out with detailed accounts, as well as over 100 pictures. I've met requirements that were  requested from the DWSD. That being said, the same courtesy was not put fourth from the claim dept. I still to the date May 7/2019 have not received a single document from the claim dept. nor anyone for that matter. I had to reach out to get my claim number. The claim states I have a timeline to comply , and I abided the requirements with percission.The claim states I would be contacted within 2 weeks with the claim number, and 90 days for a decision. I'm 9 months later receiving no contact. The only contact is through this app. I'm first realizing the claim is archived, then I'm observing the status on the site, due to no communication. I seen the update on April 4,2019 stating the DWSD was supposed to re-investigate the issue, there was no attempt to determine any conclusion, explaining the city promotes safe travels and no inconvenience, The same day April 4,2019 the issue was recatorized to another department.The latest update was acknowledged April 24/2019 according to the post the DWSD reported this issue has been resolved, and now states it's a private matter.. The reality of this issue is a alley collapsed, which affected the tap to the sewer, my home is positioned directly in the middle of the block, the damage of the alley is located in the center of the alley.Logistics of this is when the sewer was reinforced approximately 13 yrs. ago, the poor structure and all surroundings were not properly observed or acknowledged.This alley has not been examined or re-visited while I was being investigated, due to a claim they now insuate I'm responsible, There was a time when dumpsters we're used and the weight of the trucks about 33,000 lbs. are a possibility. Without investigating, there's alternate possibilities, other than the blame. I'm seeking a resolution and explanation with proper investigation. The DWSD prolonged  the camera view for 12 days, I was persistently calling, with extreme urgency during the 12 days exposed to raw sewage in my basement. I was which revealed the tap was offset 40%. Google maps shows that portion of the alley blacked out, asphalt is not present in the alley.

The City of Detroit DPW Street Maintenance have CLOSED this service request. The reported alley was re-investigated by City Detroit Water and Sewerage. This is absolutely bias, the DWSD claims the issue is resolved, then contradicts the following message with, the issue is recatorized. The initial report will not let me have access to the claim. ( IT'S ARCHIVED) The CRFA is being violated. I also want to make aware the ROW. The ROW is land controlled by public agencies which basically means, right of way, this specifically indicates that includes, city sidewalks, alleys, curbs and berms, which are the property between the sidewalk and street. I have comments stating the issue is resolved, then the issue was recatorized. I received a email stating this issue is closed and contact DWSD. I am being dis-regarded. I will not tolerate unfair decisions, I requested a different supervisor and that was dismissed as well. I have rights and will not settle for being treated unfair. The DWSD was talking to my neighbor yesterday May 8,2019 @ 1:30 am The gentleman informed her that she needs a plumber to snake her property. If this doesn't show that there is a problem, Seriously, almost every house on the block floods. I took pictures today May 9,2019 just to verify the issue was not repaired.

No this issue is not resolved, which is the reason I'm not closing this matter. The DWSD said it's a private matter, how can that be possible if every home has been affected by water damage for years. That Is the reason this issue has not been closed. Not outstanding for 61 days. Outstanding for the 13 yrs. I've been here, however with communication with the neighbors this has always been an long time ongoing issue. DWSD has recatorized it, claimed to have reinvested it, and finally May 10, 2019 placed a construction barrier which is stamped by DWSD over the issue. Please read through all the post, there's even a post of a few gentleman putting asphalt over the hole. That definitely did not occur. Please contact me so we can come to an agreement for this matter.

This issue has been ongoing far longer than 781 days. This issue was reported to DWSD 9/12/2018. Wayne Metro was scheduled to come and repair the issue 1/21/21. Two weeks prior to the scheduled date, Someone took the job from Wayne Metro.

I've been on this city app for years. I've noticed that responses are prompt shortly after reported. This issue has been ongoing since 2018. I am curious why this case has been outstanding for such an extensive period.
