Description
The holes in the fence at Encinal Terminal still have not been repaired. There is an increased amount of graffiti on the abandoned buildings as well as broken windows. There are teenagers and young adults (both male and female) who trespass on the property daily. They walk through one of the many holes in the fence. There is definitely something happening in those abandoned buildings. Alameda police have been made aware of this constant issue. However, there still seems to be no resolve with either repairing the holes, or boarding/ locking up the buildings. Even when the police show up and confront the trespassers, they just let them go. No wonder why the trespassers keep coming back even though there are multiple signs on the fence that state “No trespassing, violators will be prosecuted”

no laws are enforced in alameda anymore. APD have a new "enforce no laws whatsoever " policies, meaning criminals can do whatever they want in Alameda with zero consequences. I have a person who trespasses on my property and steals from it every week. Report them every week for a whole year and APD do nothing. APD even stopped them and let them go once. Got a whole years worth of video footage of them breaking into various properties including my own in my neighborhood, but apd refuse to act even after i shared the video with them
their new policy is to let criminals do whatever they want. alameda is now a safe haven and utopia for criminals from across the entire bay area

Resident that's really easy, it's because we have one of the most corrupt, worthless and evil city governments in the entire united states of america.
I noticed that the corrupt police officer Florence Lopez fake-closed and insta-archived your other request here: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/7039976 to permanently disable your ability to comment on the issue or reopen it to point out that they still haven't done jack about the problem.
As always we can count on corrupt city officials to censor users on this website, fraudulently close their requests and go far out of their way to strip taxpaying, law abiding citizens like you and I of our voices, sweeping our requests under the rug repeatedly for years and years as these problems fester and grow worse and worse out of control.
Just know that you're not the only one being targeted by these corrupt city officials. They did it to me too. I wrote a public service announcement about it here: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/7043587
The other day, the same corrupt cop that fake-closed your issue went in and mass-closed a bunch of my requests too. The thing that irritated me the most was that he fake-closed and fake-archived a reqwuest I had about my criminal neighbors who have been harassing me every day for the past 2 years. I was using that request to publicly document what they were doing to us, and he permanently disabled my ability to coment on my post and to keep people updated on the situation. I had to resubmit the request in an entirely seprate request, and everyone who was following my original request has now lost contact with me. They'll have to re-discover my new request to keep up to date with the issue.
I submitted another request here documenting the abuse: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/7043429
