I would like to request at least three garbage cans set up on the park side of Eagle Street. People sit in parked cars along new field park and throw trash on the ground. I have cleaned up the street twice in three days.

Last time I got the one can we have, was to literally stop the guy who cuts the grass in the summer and ask. I think that we have to report people who we see throwing trash out, especially if they are in a car.
