BB, Yes, it is hard to believe with all the cameras they cannot figure this out. But how hard do you think they have really tried? It took social media and sites like this to finally get enough pressure for them to even acknowledge the problem. It is not something new and was allowed to grow into what it has become. They won't chase them because that would be "dangerous." Yet, every time they are running the streets citizens are in great danger. Someone is going to be crippled or killed. It is a miracle it hasn't happened already. The fact that they won't chase them is well known and the reason they have no fear. What is the deterrent? I wonder if maybe some of these spoiled individuals come from families of influence within the city. Perhaps that is why this insanity has been allowed to continue for so long.

The city is merely running down the clock on someone being killed or injured. And when, not if, but when, it finally does happen, ol’ Kathy will have a press conference and blame the public for not being more involved.
