State Trucks traveling within the CTDOT Garage property are traveling at excessive speed. These are not small trucks they are heavy construction vehicles. They should not be driven like race cars. This is a huge liability, someone is going to get injured then this cost will be passed onto the State of CT Taxpayers, as is everything else.
