Would make entering and leaving our community so much safer and help prevent more accidents like the one that occurred last Monday. The traffic was backed up for more than an hour on both sides of Quacco Road.

This is a serious safety issue. There are far too many accidents because of drivers speeding around the blind curve. At the very least we need a mirror, but a light or 3 way stop would be the safest options. The mirror would be great for now. Thank you. And thank you Mitch.

This is such a scary intersection. I’m always scared someone will rear-end me as I’m turning into the subdivision. At the very least we need a mirror, but we need a blinking light or a left turn lane more. People fly down quacco rd while texting or whatever and they don’t see someone stopped to turn left onto willow lakes drive until it is too late. If we don’t do something soon, it’s going to be fatal.

Our Road Maintenance department is meeting with Engineering as they have to approve this issue.

Also, you may want to consider lowering the speed limit when they approach the 95 overpass heading towards WL. It is currently 50, which means that many, if not most do 55 or 60. Maybe lowering it to 35 until you pass WL will make a difference as well. Please consider this. Along with signs that sat “Hidden Drive.

As you can tell, we are very serious about the safety of our residents. I am not piling on. Just adding different ideas that you may consider to help with the accident issue.

We need a traffic light, there are to many close calls and people are getting hurt. Please advise.

Dear Public Works Customer Service, has this issue been approved? What is the status? As many have indicated here, a light would be an ideal solution.
