2ND Reporting- In Ward 7 -Abandoned Two Story Blue House at Corner of 82nd & Muskegon. All the windows are wide open and on lower level are all broken out and wide open and is a very dangerous situation for passersby & kids; with kids passing it to go to school and kids playing in and around & running inside of it and dangerous night activities. This building needs to be either boarded up or torn down. Very dangerous and dilapidated and needs to be addressed quickly before passerbys or children become victims. Reported More than Once.
