Photo of culvert output taken 1 minute from the intake picture above. Water actually bubbles up from the ground when the backup is occurring causing significant erosion issues.

I paid a local plumbing company to run a camera down the culvert on 4/10/2019. The culvert is 85% blocked with leaves, sticks, red clay and other debris. It needs re-jetted to clear the obstruction.
