Water continues to leak from the ground everyday. It’s been wet and ponds of water in bike path for 3-6 months. Something is wrong.

Looks like warning signs have been added to both ends of the underpass to warn people about the danger of slipping on the slim/water. I slipped this weekend and almost fell in the puddles.
