President of Neighborhood Association called and said her next call was the Mayors office.

Called today complaining that his issue was still not resolved.

NOTICE:
We are attempting to get to a point where we can close our request with a Santek notification of pick up within three or four business days. However, we have well over 1000 request hanging open that we need an update on. Please notify us if your request has not been satisfied so that we can send a complaint to Santek and resolve it.
