There needs to be some bike safety education done in this neighborhood, at the Eastern Circle Projects as well as in our K-8's. Kids, aged about 10-12, are riding after dark, downhill fast and unable to stop, darting out in front of cars, and are practically invisible w/o any reflective gear, not to mention helmets.
