Please address. Also address the broken pavement on North Laurel Rd west of All Saints Road. Crumbling concrete is degrading. Watch neighbor put wheelchair scooter in street rather than sidewalk due to uneven pavement.

Inspected 5/17. The trees causing the defect in the sidewalk are not in County ROW. Per County code 18.402, the repair of these defects fall to the abutting property owner.
