Description

Is it possible to have a left turn signal installed on Garfield for those turning left on Wisconsin Headed south (especially necessary during the morning). I drive straight down Garfield through this intersection each morning, and many cars turn left here. Because there is no left arrow, only 1 or 2 cars get through this intersection per light, and it normally takes me 10-15 minutes (3 or 4 light changes) to get from Mass to the other side of Wisconsin.
