This contractor routinely violates District law 12 DCMR 3307.1, that requires that the contractor take responsibilities to include having the adjoining public and private property being protected from damage during construction at the expense of the person causing the work.
The contractor has never abides by District law 12 DCMR 3307.2, that requires neighbor notification to occur, prior to beginning construction, when there is a need to install structural support, underpinning, support adjacent premises and excavation.
 The contractor’s responsibilities include predicting damage and providing safeguards.
The contractor has not included the entire scope of work in the permits and that scope is not posted in PIVS.
The contractor violated regulatory processes to gain permits for certain construction activity impacting the neighborhood’s safety.
 The contractor works before the hours of 7 a.m. and after 7 p.m.
