Mô tả
This house has a boat on the south side of the house in its front yard. Because it is a corner this is NOT, by code a side yard. This is the entrance to the community and it needs to be addressed. Now it appears that the boat is in the water somewhere and it is just a boat trailer. Still a violation.

Continuing to say it won't make it any more true. I provided you with the code and text in the other post you made. That "behind the front line of the house" is NOT in the code anywhere and, in fact, it is in complete contradiction to the actual code.
CODE TEXT:
A person may park, place or store domestic equipment outside a fully enclosed structure provided all of the following conditions are met:
1. The equipment is parked, placed or stored in the rear yard, in the interior side yard, or in the allowable buildable area for a principal or accessory structure; however, it shall not be parked, placed or stored in the front yard, in the street side yard, or in the buildable area to the front of the principal structure.
2. When parked, placed or stored within any buildable area between the street side yard and the side of the principal structure, or within 50 feet of any street right-of-way, measured from the edge of the traveled road bed, equipment must be shielded from view from the street right-of-way by a solid six-foot high fence. Any portion of the required six-foot high shielding may also be accomplished with maintained vegetation forming a solid hedge. Any gate used to comply with this shielding requirement must also be solid, six feet high, and be kept closed whenever the equipment is not being moved through the gate. When any shielding is required, it must be located on the property where the equipment is stored, and the location, height and construction of the shielding must comply with all applicable ordinances and laws.

So to be within code all he has to do is put a piece of fence in front of his trailer.
It is obvious to many people that your many complaints and/or comments on this are because you have something against the residents that live there. Code compliance officers have been out to the house many times and deemed that nothing is wrong. That is at their discretion, not you or I.

You can continue to convince yourself of the notion that this is personal. I don’t even know this owner. And if you want to get technical the boat when on the trailer exceeds the 8’ wide and/or the 12’ high rule and would not be allowed to be kept on the property AT ALL.
So look I’m done with you. Laws and codes are there for a reason. I follow them and I expect my neighbors to do the same. That is it. You like to live in a world where your taste dictate who gets to abide by the rules and who gets a pass. So I’m glad you don’t live on my street. You seem like a real piece of work.
This is nothing personal AT ALL! But you can continue to play “victim” for all involved If that makes you feel better.
I have spoken with the city supervisors and they now agree with my interpretation of the code. I simply told them to do as they see fit but to enforce the code evenly for all.

TSO, if you do not know these owners then why are they the only ones you are repeatedly complaining about? I'm sure that they could come by your property and find multiple violations and I hope they do! You obviously have too much time on your hands so why not take up something that improves the world rather than complaining about minuscule things.
I also hope you are not associated with the TSO I know!

Actually, Stee, there are zero violations at my house. I pull permits for everything that we do or have done to our house and they've all passed inspection and been closed. We maintain our property both for ourselves and out of respect for our neighbors. I enjoy myself to the fullest, but I do it within the confines of the law - I expect my neighbors to do the same.
I actually I hope I do know you - it is possible to disagree with someone with whom you are friends and respect each other's position by agreeing to disagree.....that's actually what makes them a friend. But hey, I digress.
