Yesterday, while I was traveling northbound on Park Bridge Parkway, I had a green light to cross Webb Bridge Road, but a white van traveling westbound on Webb Bridge blew through the intersection, seemingly oblivious to having run a red light. So, the next time I was traveling his route (westbound on Webb Bridge at Park Bridge/Shirley Bridge) I noticed that the traffic light has two obstructions: first there is a curve in the road that keeps the light out of sight. Then, as the traffic light comes into view, it is intermittently blocked from view by the traffic lights facing eastbound traffic. Please investigate. Perhaps a supplemental light is needed, like the one off to the far left on on Northside Parkway southbound at Preston Ridge, where a similar curve in the road obstructs the regular traffic lights that hang over the travel lanes.
