I made the same request for the intersection of mercer and Jersey and it was ignored. Not only do people almost get run over each day but people blow the stop signs consistently.

A traffic assessment was conducted based on Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) guidelines as outlined in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The assessment included a review of the intersection’s crash history. Based on JCPD crash reports, this intersection does not meet the minimum FHWA threshold for major crashes to warrant a change in traffic control at this time. All the appropriate signage is posted at the intersection. Request for enforcement should be forwarded to the JCPD.
