Description

The traffic intersection of Haynes Bridge and Old Milton Pkwy has two problems with it. Both hinder people using Haynes Bridge Road.

Problem 1. During non-busy hours, if a car is waiting on Haynes Bridge to drive straight through the intersection and pass over Old Milton, the light will not ever turn green for you. Multiple times I have been there trying to go straight, watched the lights turn green for those turning left, watch it go thru 1 complete cycle, then two, then three cycles, and a turn is NEVER given to go straight, meaning to go towards City Hall and away from GA 400. Please look into this. In order to go, I have had to back up, go right and then make a u-tun at the Post Office. I have reported this before. It's still not working.
