This noise has been happening most recently since about Sunday or Monday. In the past is has been periodic, but now is constant. It sounds like a very loud fluorescent light in a parking lot about to explode. It is electrical in nature. New parking lot lights that appear to be LED lights were installed at this property several months ago and this is when this noise began. It is very loud and can be heard a block away.
