Description

This site needs to be remedied. It has been closed for years and is a huge eyesore both to Atlanta and to East Point, as it is on the dividing line but in Atlanta. Get the owners, please, to clean this place up, tear it down..something. BUT FOR NOW... get rid of the graffiti. It is a huge blight on Cleveland Avenue.

This property is severely damaged and has not been updated or repaired in over a year. It is an eyesore for a business corridor that has many thriving businesses. Please demolish! Thank you!

The citation advises the homeowner of the issues and gives them time to bring the building up to code. A reinspection will be scheduled and if it is not complied with, it will then go into a court process.
