Description
The Parks Department does a great job cleaning up after the food truck litter daily, but every morning a truck is parked in the bike lane blocking it in both directions. Please park in a different spot so bicyclists have a clear and safe travel path. (The parking lot, driveway, parallel spots are all great alternatives!)
Also, there should be some walking cops on litter patrol ticketing folks during peak food truck hours. There are plenty of waste bins around, but the place is trashed daily!

^true- it is very windy next to the harbor. rather than trash barrels, bins with some sort of top could be used? I think there may also be the need for more frequent emptying.
lots of litter also comes from people who just drop it once they've finished. I bike through at least twice a day- weather permitting- and have witnessed this among several other less-than-civilized behaviors and attitudes. a friendly bike cop or walking beat would go a long way to deter littering, blasting music, and peel-outs that detract from others' enjoyment of this great public space.
