It's more than a shame - it's unconscionable that a city DGS employee would be defyling the lake - the very people charged with maintaining Washington Park. Then again, I've seen them driving large vehicles right across wet grass, digging ruts that are never filled. This has been reported repeatedly by numerous observers and reported here. But, nothing changes. Why isn't the new DGS commissioner paying attention and forbidding these practices?

The park is just a nuisance to them. They could care less.
