Description

Capstan between Edwin and Bronco is horrible with potholes. Drivers are having to drive on the shoulder and driveways in order to avoid them. Constituent reports that there are 10 potholes every 10 feet and that Capstan south of Bronco was repaved last year and was told that the north side of the road would be repaved as well, but has not been touched for several months.
