That is true. The manager at Randall's bat believes that it is the City's responsibility. NO. It is the property owner's responsibility.
This has been going on for over 2 years. Now that I am using a cane in my recovery from hip surgery, it becomes even more of an issue.

Thanks for taking my call this am with regards to the damaged paver stones on the south side of the facility along Hadley St. We had multiple calls/emails with regards to the paver stones as a trip hazard and what not. Please reach out to corporate office and let them know of this concern and what can be done about correcting it. Many residents in the area are concerned and see it as a potential hazard.

Indeed it's theoretically the property owners responsibility, but it's the city's job to enforce.
Or you could get hurt and sue!
