Description

I dropped my wife off at Lincoln Heights Elementary at 7:30 this morning for a teacher training class. I decided to take my dog for a walk while there and noticed a huge tree at the side walk leading to the school is already half dead and splitting at the main trunk leaning over the sidewalk and New Castle ST. I'm concerned that a child walking to school, school bus, or vehicle passing under it may one day be crushed. Below are some photos...I have more photos I can send.
