The owner of the property,properties line does not extend to the ditch,this mess was a result of the drainage pipe placed under Nevada St..After the work was completed,they used a backhoe to clean the ditch,then plowed the trash into a pile against the barricade.The last time I looked at a map,this still within Toledo City limits.A neighborhood that expects our city to do the job right the first time.
