The "animals" in question are the new tenants children, who are LOUD, SCREAMING, SCREECHING, ANNOYING and IGNORANT OF THE PEACE AND QUIET REQUIRED OF THEM under the leasehold terms of not interfering with quiet enjoyment of neighbors. I've asked them to keep it down, but the parents and grandparents do nothing. What can be done? Is there an ordinance against letting children be a noise nuisance?
