Description

This is a large homeless encampment on 14th Avenue underneath the 580 and before MacArthur that I have reported several times and nothing is being done. Others have been moved. they have stuff in the road at times and most recently all kinds of debris and crap thrown all over on the other side of the street. Please make them move and get rid of all the stuff they are hoarders and they need to go if they cannot limit the stuff they collect or keep clean. PLEASE!!!
