Description

the alley between church street and forest street. The alley runs right nest to 1204 hill. This has been going on since 2012 and maybe two hundred calls. Now even the city trucks cant believe the condition. I have met with the mayor, there have been two broken ankles on pedestrians I know of what a joke this has become. You might even look up on the internetand U tube this joke of a road
