Description

The home located at 2514 S. Edgewater has dumped two HUGE piles of pine straw into the street, and yes it was intentional. The man doing it even persisted after neighbors let him know his actions were not okay. The piles of pine straw now are blocking water running to the storm drain, causing a back-up along the street.
