The 7900 block of Causeway Blvd south is used as a traffic light bypass by non-residents to avoid the Central Ave / 79th street light. They are careless, speeding, often distracted and blinded by the setting sun while children are at play. With more than 20 young children under the age of 10 on this block, there will be a fatal accident unless speed measures are taken seriously by this department.
