Good morning. I wanted to let you know that the stop sign at the intersection of North Street at North Willard Street has been pulled up. It is now facing backwards into the intersection and is barely set within the ground. Beyond worrying that cars will not stop at this intersection I am concerned the sign is not secure and will fall and hurt someone or damage property.

I happened to be awaken at 3 am Sunday by the two people pulling out the sign and before I could tell what they were doing, they were gone.
