Description

The northwest corner of Sachem and Whitney floods with water even in moderate rain -- the storm drain on the Whitney Avenue side of the corner doesn't seem to be working. When the water backs up, people trying to cross Sachem have to walk up Sachem to a point where the water is close enough to the curb to get across without wading.
