This building was purchased in 1986 by Charles Chubb...charles passed away august 2016. Lisa rottler is the family representative. Alan chubb,paula mello,tom chubb and lisa rottler are on the deed. Yes i do know since i spent 30 years with charles chubb. His children are trying to play a game....since i have resided on the property since 1994... thanks
