The original problem here is the loss of detection when the paving project tore up our loop detector late last year, too late to get it reinstalled. The minimum green allotted is adequate for most of the day. This afternoon saw twice where additional time was needed and bumped it up slightly. This comes at the expense of delay to the other directions, and is a compromise until we get our detection back. The Department of Public Works has resolved this request.
