S. High speed traffic on 3 lanes of Greenbriar between US 69 and Bissonnet make it very dangerous for pedestrians to cross Greenbriar. A pedestrian hybrid beacon is needed. Traffic does not slow down for pedestrians. Crosswalk needs new crossing stripes. Condition is constant all day long;
