In reference to your previous work order - 4345875 which was closed out, we did go in and clear out the brush on our side of the fence however the vegetation was not dealt with on the other side, making it difficult for us to do anything.

The fence will be taken down.

Not sure when or if it will be replaced as the absence of the fence is not critical and not bothering anything.

Would it be possible to meet with someone from your department to better assess the situation. The fence begins behind my property and runs behind several houses all the way to O'Maley School. The only portion (involving one or two chain-link sections) that needs replacement is behind my house. The fence is on top of a wall and it would be very appreciate if it would be maintained.

So it has been another month...and still nothing. I met with Mike Hale at his office on August 13th. My understanding is that this work order would be left open and the situation would be further assessed. The fence which continues to lie flat on my property needs to be righted.

Please provide an update.
