Description
This Palm tree is in the easement and is severely diseased and is losing large chunks from its trunk. With storm season coming quickly. I am afraid it will blow over and cause damage or injure someone. Can you please remove the tree and the stump completely before this happens?

The issue you reported has been resolved by the Pinellas County Public Works Department “Doing Things for YOU!” This palm was not in pristine condition and for that reason it was removed while onsite performing a followup inspection.
