Utility pole hit by car still not repaired after several days at corner of Broadway and Central Avenue. It is difficult for pedestrians and disabled to maneuver onto the street to get by the taped off area to get around to access crosswalk to go to CVS or beyond. Is there away to put some cones or other barrier out a few feet into the road to allow pedestrians to pass without the fear of being struck by vehicles speeding through the intersection?
