I live at 4 Meridian St. in Burlington. I maintain the "green space" on the outside of my fence on sunset drive. This involved raking and bagging a lot of leaves that aren't on my property. There are still tons of leaves at the end of Sunset Drive. Is it possible to use a "billy goat" (my husband works in public works in Winooski and he gave me this term) to remove the remaining leaves? It is an eyesore and because there are existing leaves there people will drop off their leaves. The area also fills up with garbage that I pick up. It would be very much appreciated if you could remove these leaves.
