This property has barking dogs all hours of the day and night. They have been very combative to neighbors who have mentioned it to them, so now
I'm wondering who I should call or if i need to call while the barking is happening. We love dogs, just not barking all the time, and I don't think it's right that they leave them out.

My suggestion is to make an official police complaint. Once that complaint is on file then Code Enforcement department can notify resident. Please let us know when that has been done then you can contact me directly.
