As this may possibly relate to construction, this is being assigned to our Building and Safety Department for investigation.

The Building and Safety Department has reviewed records and determined there is no construction activity that is approved in this location, and cannot confirm that un-permitted activity maybe occuring. This matter will be reassigned to our Code Enforcement Officer for further review.

There was actually work being done on the 101 Freeway for several nights. There were about 20 work vehicles including vacuum truck, street sweepers and two vehicles making the loud noise that were applying something to the freeway. No need to waste city resources to figure it out.
